The XET-80 Simple is the successor to the FPT series. We have prepared two models in the Simple line. Type A is a device dedicated to DRC inspection. Type B is a device equipped with standard surface comparison features. Both models have standardized inspection time reduction and focus functions, and have been upgraded in various aspects.
